Rates & Insurance
Fees for Service using Insurance Benefits:
$175.00 – 45 minute therapy appointment
$175.00 – 60 minute therapy appointment
$185.00 – 60 minute intake appointment
Cash Rate at Time of Service (for those who do not wish to use their insurance or are uninsured):
$160
This cash rate is for cash, credit card or checks at time of service.
If you pay the cash rate at time of service I can supply you with the necessary forms to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Your insurance may reimburse for a portion of the charges, depending on your benefits.
Please contact your insurance prior to your first appointment to determine your mental health benefits. Helpful information to ask about may be:
“Do I need preauthorization from my primary care doctor to start mental health therapy?”
“What is my coinsurance or copay per session?”
“Do I have a deductible and if so has it been met?”
“Is Anne Tucker in network with my plan and how does this effect my coverage for therapy appointments?”
