Hi, I’m Anne Tucker.
I work with adolescents and adults and one of my specialities is working with emerging adults (age 18-29).
My professional background involves working with children, adolescents, adults and families in a variety of settings. I have worked in community mental health agencies, middle schools, and colleges in an attempt to help people understand themselves, understand their situations, and make informed life-decisions.
It is a true honor to work with people as they navigate the complexities of life and seek to engage in wholehearted living.
It is a true honor to work with people as they navigate the complexities of life and seek to engage in wholehearted living. I use a variety of methods during the counseling process to aid clients and their families in resolving internal and external conflicts. I create a safe, comfortable space in which you can work towards resolving whatever concerns might bring you to my office.
Like most counselors, my therapeutic orientation is largely eclectic. I rely most heavily on cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative, psychodynamic, and expressive therapies in my work.
If you have additional questions about my counseling philosophy or methods, please feel to contact me here. I’d be delighted to hear from you.
